PFLAG Denver is governed by a Board of Directors who meet monthly. In addition to relatives of LGBTQ+ persons, the board includes members of the LGBTQ+ community. In terms of professional experience, the Board of Directors includes persons with advanced degrees, teachers and professionals in nonprofit and for profit fields  — a group with many years of experience.  The board is dedicated to being inclusive and supporting the LGBTQ+ community on all levels.
